At Cogress, we consider developers to be our partners. Our goal is to offer multi-level support during the life cycle of each property development by opening the door to a strong network of industry experts, planners, designers, architects, agents, surveyors and project managers.

Deal Criteria

  • Residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and hotel sectors

  • Focus predominately on locations within London and the South  East. We also consider prime commuter towns easily accessible to and from Central London

  • Developer’s previous track record

  • Specialise on GDV ranging between £6m to £40 million

Investment Policy

  • Provide up to 90% of the required funding after senior debt.

  • Our private equity ranges from £0.8m to £3m.

  • The projects must be at an advanced stage in the acquisition process with a drafted appraisal and cost plan.

  • Conduct in-depth due diligence for all our projects.

  • Offer both equity and mezzanine loan finance options.
