Planning permission has been granted by Coventry City Council to convert the existing building and add an additional floor to create 94 student accommodation units comprising of studios and cluster rooms. The building will have a range of amenities including Wi-Fi, a common room, study rooms, laundry facilities, a courtyard, bike spaces and 14 parking spaces, as well as the possibility of a gym.

The building has already been stripped out and cleared in preparation for construction to begin. The developer is currently in advanced stages of the contractor tender process and is targeting to start main works in September 2019.

Planning permission has been granted by Barnet council for the development of a four storey office building including a basement, cycle parking and two car spaces. Construction began on site in early 2018 and to date, the basement construction, concrete slab and lift shaft have all been completed. The erection of the steel frame is currently at an advanced stage and due for completion during Q1 2019. The completion of the whole development is targeted for Q3 2019.
