Bremner says of her new appointment: “As a developer, I understand the challenges of securing development financing – particularly in the current climate – and I am proud to be joining the advisory team of Cogress, a lender built for SME developers by SME developers. I’m excited to get back to my roots in financial services, developing and launching an exciting new suite of products for property investors that will increase the development finance products available to developers.”
“Cogress is moving into our fifth year of operating, and we’re excited to be in a position to increase our lending products, deploy more property development financing, and expand our investor community,” said founding CEO Tal Orly. “The team we have built has been instrumental in our growth to date, and there is no one better placed than Daniel to head up the lending side of our business as we move out of startup phase. We are also delighted to welcome on board Nicole, who’s experience in both property development and financial services makes her the perfect fit for our non-exec team.”
